Associate Membership (AAIB)
Applicants
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
Qualification-Based Route
Completion of AIB Professional Level qualification or an equivalent accredited management or leadership program.
Experience-Based Route
Demonstrated 1 – 3years of relevant professional experience in a supervisory, operational, or management role.
Evidence of contribution to organizational performance or operational outcomes.
Additional Requirements:
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development (CPD).
APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1: Complete the AIB Application Form
Provide personal, educational, and professional details.
Step 2: Submit Evidence of Qualification or Experience
CV demonstrating professional experience.
Step 3: Statement of Professional Intent
Short statement (250–300 words) describing:
Career goals and aspirations in management/leadership
Commitment to professional development and ethical conduct
Step 4: Payment of Membership Fee
Fee structure is defined by AIB and may vary by country or region.
Step 5: Review and Approval
Applications are reviewed by the AIB Membership Committee.
Applicants are notified within 1 weeks of approval.
