Full Membership (MAIB) recognizes professionals who have demonstrated sustained applied management and leadership competence over 4–6 years. It represents a senior professional grade, providing formal recognition of strategic, operational, and ethical leadership capabilities, and positions members to mentor others, contribute to governance, and influence organizational and professional development.

FULL MEMBERSHIP (MAIB)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
4–6 years of relevant professional experience in management, operational leadership, or supervisory roles.
Evidence of sustained contributions to organizational effectiveness, strategic decision-making, and team leadership.
Examples of applied competencies:
Successful management of projects, budgets, or teams
Implementation of process improvements
Use of business intelligence or data analytics in decision-making
Contribution to organizational policy, governance, or strategic planning
Ethical and Professional Conduct:
Commitment to AIB Code of Ethics and professional standards.
Demonstrated ability to maintain integrity, transparency, and accountability in organizational decision-making.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Active engagement in professional development throughout career.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1: Complete the Full Membership Application Form
Provide full personal, educational, and professional details.
Step 2: Evidence of Qualification and Experience
Submit Intermediate Level certificate or equivalent.
Submit detailed CV and professional portfolio documenting 4–6 years of management/leadership experience, including:
Roles, responsibilities, and achievements
Examples of applied leadership, strategic decision-making, and operational impact
Evidence of applied business intelligence, data analytics, or forensic management if relevant
Step 3: Statement of Professional Competence
A 400–500 word statement describing:
Key professional achievements and measurable impact
Applied leadership and management skills
Contribution to team, organizational, or professional development
Ethical and responsible professional practice
Step 4: Payment of Membership Fee ($150 USD)
Fee structure as defined by AIB, based on region or membership type.
Step 5: Review and Approval
Membership Committee evaluates applications, portfolio, and CPD documentation.
Approval and official designation communicated within 2–4 weeks.
