ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must satisfy all of the following:
Must be a Full Member (MAIB) in good standing or possess a doctoral level degree in related field.
Qualification Requirements
Completion of AIB Advanced or Expert Level qualification, or equivalent recognized program demonstrating advanced applied management and strategic leadership competence.
Professional Experience
10 years of progressive professional experience, with evidence of:
Strategic leadership across multiple organizational units
Operational excellence and resource optimization
Applied use of business intelligence, data analytics, and forensic management
Organizational transformation, innovation, and policy influence
Examples of measurable outcomes:
Leading multi-departmental or cross-functional projects
Implementing sustainable strategies, performance improvement, or cost optimization
Influencing governance, compliance, or professional standards
Ethical and Professional Conduct
Demonstrated consistent adherence to AIB Code of Ethics, with evidence of integrity, transparency, and accountability in decision-making.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Minimum 30 CPD hours annually in advanced leadership, governance, and strategic management activities.
