Routes to Qualify for the Chartered Manager (C.Mgr.®) Designation

 

To earn the Chartered Manager (C.Mgr.®) designation, applicants must demonstrate a combination of academic achievement and professional-level management experience. All applicants must also submit a detailed resume or CV and provide three (3) professional references or contacts supporting their experience.

 

Degree Level

(e.g., Masters, Ph.D., DBA, Ed.D. in Management, Leadership, or Business Administration)

 

From a recognized and accredited university or college

 

Minimum 5 years of professional-level management experience.

 

Application Process:

Be a member in good standing. If you are not already a member, you must first join as an associate member.

 

Complete the online C.Mgr. application.

 

Upload a detailed résumé outlining all academic and management experience aligning with the Chartered Manager Competency Framework (CMCF)

 

Upload two (2) reference letters or provide contact information for two current references

 

Pay all application fee of $40 USD during the application process.
